The credit rating of bonds issued by the LLC «Stolichnie Stroitelniye Technologii» upgraded to uaCCC
"Credit-Rating", a nationally-recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine, has today announced the upgrade from uaCC to the uaCCC in the long-term credit rating assigned to the registered zero-coupon (discount) bonds (A series) issued by the Kiev-based LLC "Stolichnie Stroitelniye Technologii" ("Capital-city Construction Technologies") ("the company" or "the Issuer") for the amount of UAH 50m with the 4-year original maturity. The investment is the main company`s activity. In the course of the rating revision procedure the "Credit-Rating" agency used Issuer`s 1Q and 2Q 2006 financial reports as well as other inside information furnished by the company.
The uaCCC issue rating reflects a DEFAULT POSSIBILITY in the Ukrainian financial market environment. The timely and full payments on debt liabilities are substantially dependent upon favourable business, financial and economic conditions.
In the course of the rating`s upgrade procedure the following factors were taken into account: the 3x increase in company`s authorized capital (to UAH 30m) over 1H 2006 and improvement in quality of the company`s investment portfolio.
