"Credit-Rating" withdraws the credit rating assigned to the bond issue by "ABC Inter-Invest" LLC following the bonds’ redemption
Kiev (Credit-Rating) December 18, 2006. "Credit-Rating", a nationally-recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today withdrawn the long-term credit rating assigned to the registered zero-coupon (housing) bonds issued by "ABC Inter-Invest" for the amount of UAH 1.635m with the 1-year original maturity. The withdrawal followed the full and timely bonds` redemption.
The "Credit-Rating" agency assigned the uaBB- (uaBB minus) long-term credit rating to the bond issue on 10 August 2005. The uaBB issue rating denotes that these obligations are the least affected by the risk of non-payment of the principal and/or interest within the speculative grade. The obligor, however, may be impaired to full and timely meet its commitment on the obligation in the Ukrainian financial market environment in the event of adverse changes in business, financial and economic conditions. However, the possibility of nonpayment is low in the near future. The "+" and "-" modifiers denote rating`s relative status within major categories.
The main company`s activity is attraction of funding for reconstruction of a house. The company has completed reconstruction of a hostel into a residential and office building in the city of Kherson (11, Rosa Luxemburg str.), the bonds were issued for. The building is set in operation.
