Rating assigned to bond issue by «Proizvodstvennyi Vektor» LLC upgraded to uaCCC
"Credit-Rating", a nationally-recognized credit rating agency in Ukraine has today upgraded to uaCCC from uaCCC- (uaCCC minus) the long-term credit rating assigned to issue of registered housing bonds by Kiev-based "Proizvodstvennyi Vektor" LLC ("the Issuer" or "the company") of I`series for the amount of UAH 105m with the 5-year original maturity and of K` series for the amount of UAH 19.8m and L` series for the amount of UAH 230m due 2 Jul. 2011. The Outlook on the rating is changed to Stable from Positive. The main company`s activity has been investment and construction since reorganization in 2004. Today the company implements projects on funding the construction of "Vremena Goda", "Pokrovskiy Posad" and "Izumrudnyi" residential complexes in the city of Kiev. To revise the rating the agency used Issuer`s financial statements for 4Q2006 and full year 2006 as well as other inside information furnished by the company.
Stable Outlook denotes that there is no condition to change the rating in the course of the year.
In the course of the rating`s upgrade procedure the fact that the company obtained a permission for construction of "Izumrudnyi" residential complex (2230-Сл/Т from 26 Dec. 2006 . due on 31 Dec. 2009) was taken into account.
